1. Where do I pick up my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive detailed pick-up instructions, including the location and available pick-up times.

2. When do I pick up My Order?

Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will be notified. All orders will be available for pick-up at your chosen location on the following Saturday or Sunday during the pick-up times indicated.

3. Can I Pick Up My Order Sooner?

If you need your item sooner, you can complete a Custom Order Form to request an earlier pick-up. Please note that rushed orders scheduled outside of our standard pick-up times will incur a rush fee. *Allow at least 2 business days from the time of submission*

4. How To store and Best enjoy?

Cheesecakes, Crème Brûlée, and Creamy Cookies should be refrigerated at 37°F and enjoyed within 3–5 days for the best taste and freshness. For a warm treat, heat all cookies (except Crème Brûlée) in the oven at 350°F for 3–5 minutes before serving. Most cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to a week. * Creamy Cookies should be refrigerated if not eaten within a day and can still be warmed before serving*

5. Do you offer shipping?

Currently, we do not offer shipping. Pick-up options for all orders will be provided based on location.

6. Do you offer bulk orders or catering?

Yes! we can accommodate bulk orders and offer catering for events, parties, or corporate gatherings. Please fill out a Custom Order Form.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before the ordering countdown clock on the home page runs out.

8. Do You offer refunds?

Orders that have already been baked are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, as each item is made to order.

9. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan products, but we are working on introducing healthier versions of all the products on the menu.

10. Do you Offer regular cakes?

No! We offer a specialized menu. However, all of the cheesecakes can be ordered in 7-inch and 9-inch sizes if you are looking for larger options.
