Operating from a silent kitchen, each week I will release limited batches of all menu items, available for pickup at select locations around D.C. and Maryland (pickup locations are displayed at checkout). The Order Window opens when the batches go live every Sunday at 12:00 pm and close on Wednesday at 11:59 pm. Quantities update in real time, so items may sell out before the order window closes—order early to secure your favorites! If you miss out, you’re welcome to come back at the next release time or place a custom order for quantities of 4 or more. All orders placed during the order window will be fulfilled the following Saturday or Sunday.
